Is the preview really free?
Yes. After reviewing your initial enquiry, we may offer one free partial design concept as a watermarked screenshot. It does not include a complete website, source code or unlimited revisions.
Do I pay before the preview?
No. If a preview is offered, you see it first. You then complete the detailed form, receive a formal quote and sign the agreement before we request a 50% deposit.
Are package prices fixed?
One-page websites start at HKD 2,800. Business websites of up to five pages start at HKD 6,800. We quote formally after reviewing your detailed requirements, including any extra pages or features.
Why are there two forms?
The first takes about 1–2 minutes and helps us decide whether a preview is suitable. If you want to continue after the preview, the second takes 5–10 minutes and defines the scope and price.
When do I send images and copy?
The detailed form asks whether they're ready. Full files can follow after signing and the deposit. When they arrive affects the schedule.
When do I pay the balance and get the source code?
After you accept the finished site in writing under the agreement, the remaining 50% is due. We hand over the complete agreed source code and documents once payment arrives.
Are domain, hosting, launch and maintenance included?
Not in the basic packages. We can assess them and, if agreed, list them separately in the quote and agreement.
Can you add bookings, member login or online payments?
Tell us what you need. These are outside the basic packages and need a separate feasibility and cost review. They're included only if listed in the signed documents.
Does Carousell buyer protection cover this service?
We don't claim that it does. The signed agreement and the actual payment method govern the transaction.
